Subscription questions
Will the trial turn into a charge?
No. The seven-day trial requires no payment card and ends without a charge. You subscribe only when you choose.
Why is a paid local license valid for up to three days?
Your paid-through date is your subscription coverage. The signed local license is renewed online while eligible; the app checks every six hours while its service runs and shows the two dates separately.
How do I cancel renewal?
Choose Manage my subscription in the app. Paid access continues through the paid period. A second subscription is blocked while the current one remains active.
What if I already used a trial?
There is one trial per tenant. Reconnecting or reinstalling preserves the original trial end date.
